A one-room apartment is adapted for the young owner with the help of zoning furniture, discreet palette, untreated textures and naked architectural structures inherent in the style of brutalism.
The project is addressed to a young bachelor, which is fond of extreme sports. Brutalism style is designed to emphasize the personality of the owner, which first of all appreciates simplicity and rationality, and the functional planning is to provide comfortable accommodation in the apartment.
The initial volumes remain almost unchanged, all the adjustments proposed by designer are easily implemented. So, the swing door leading to the dressing room will replace the sliding, leaving for a special penalty. A similar solution is offered for the door from the hallway to the room. In both cases, the installation of new structures is pre-maximum (under the ceiling) an increase in the height of door openings. In addition, the entrance to the room is simply twice as possible, which will allow rational to dispose of the angle of living space and accommodate the necessary interior items there. Since accepting pencils are required for the installation of sliding doors, the planes of the walls are caught and adjust to one level using drywall. In general, the proposed constructive "exchange" will provide more convenient operation of a small hallway, where the dressing room, room, corridor go.
The greatest changes will affect the corridor and kitchen. The separation of their common and the "beam" is dismantled, and the door provided by the developer will not be installed. Such a reception will allow you to visually increase the space of both rooms. In the kitchen and wet zones, the height of the ceilings will change in a smaller side - to mount the embedded lamps, the upper vertical planes will be reduced due to the suspended structures from drywall. Living room
The through rack will help to separate the living room from the bedroom and at the same time keep the level of room insolation. The visual insulation of the representative zone will also contribute to the mezzanine from perforated metal sheets and corners. Bedroom
For decoration of sleep zone, the same materials are used as for the living room decor. One of the walls and the ceiling is fully protected by decorative panels - their facial surface reproduces concrete smooth with traces of removable formwork. Part of the "monolith" will whiminately cover white paint. The same composition is used for the decoration of the wall, along which a small office will be equipped. Color accents in the interior - a scheduling pointer on the wall of the bed and a pouf-barrel with a soft seat-lid before the working table.
Kitchen
The basis of the palette of the room - shades of gray. The interior dynamics will be pressed without a general drawing of monophonic and ornamented hexagon tiles, which are used to finish the floor and apron. In the kitchen adjoining the corridor, a wardrobe with facades resembling the doors of the sea container are installed. Registration will complement the corrugated person, which is separated by a part of the wall, which is common to the kitchen and the corridor.

The main material for the design of walls and gender in the hallway will be a wear-resistant decorative plaster under concrete - the so-called micro-cement based on cement and special polymers.
