In the design of this kitchen, an unusual reception is applied: the walls are specifically designed as if the finishes are not at all. Brick tiles and elegant table and lamp are completing the interior pattern at the junction of the loft and urbana.
Kitchen
The kitchen is devoid of finishes in the traditional understanding of this word. Tone interior asks a kitchen set with facades from ... concrete. This amazing creation of furniture business masters demanded the corresponding "response", and the author of the project decided to cover the walls with limestone plaster, which would be combined with him in color and texture.
Another material that serves as "support" concrete is a facing tile, manually sliced from a brick. Such "Decor without Decor" could be too restrained, but the architect added grace and gloss with the help of furniture and light items. The dining area is an elegant white transformer table with a glass table top, which illuminates the exquisite lamp in the black and white beam. An additional source of light (and decoration) is a diode tape in aluminum profiles, moving from the ceiling onto the walls.
Kitchen
This kitchen is a mixture of urban styles and aesthetics of the loft. I sought to solve all the tasks with constructive methods, create a rationally planned and spectacular space, not overloaded with decor. At the same time, the finish was paid much more time and forces than it may seem. Thus, when the walls are plastered, we have faced the fact that the finished mixtures are not suitable on the shade, so the solution was toned, the trial was taken until they reached the desired result. By the way, the flutters on the plaster are not accidental - they were drawn by a manually diluted lacquer and additionally constituted the surface, inflicting scratches. When cladding the walls, all the joints of brick tiles on the corners were embossed with a solution where the "native" brick dust was kneaded, and this made it possible to create a reliable illusion of real masonry. The floor is covered with a tile from a quartz slate. It was cut manually to achieve the desired drawing of the laying. The ceiling is a two-level tail design of drywall, which is integrated by a diode tape.
