Installation modules allow you to install the toilet, washbasin or bidet the way you want, and not as the bathroom space dictates.

One of the advantages of installation systems - they do not limit us with the original four walls and the traditional placement of devices around the perimeter of the room, providing freedom in the design of space and choosing equipment.
Freedom in design means that you will be able to locate the instruments in almost any place of the bathroom: in the middle, in the corner, under the window, build with modules and special profiles of partitions full and incomplete height, separating the room to functional islands. For example, extinguish the laying area of the toilet and bidet, design the bathroom for people with disabilities, not to mention the fact that you can easily install plumbing devices above the floor.
We have repeatedly covered on the pages of our magazine, which represents engineering modules, they talked in detail about the features of their installation. Now we want to focus on the examples of interiors, which found the use of invisible modules.

Complex solutions
Under the comprehensive solution, the installations are set up from modules connected to a single integer using special steel profiles with a special cross section and perforation, which allows you to stick modules with each other (by means of connecting elements). Thanks to them, you can quickly build strong frames of falseland or low partitions, such as in the center of the bathroom, and set several plumbing devices in a row or on both sides of one partition. Such reinforced profiles have TECE (TeceProfil), Viega (Steptec). The only minus is rather expensive and not interchangeable.

When equipped with a bathroom from scratch or when it is upgraded, you will not have to get the walls in the installation process. The modules are embedded inward partitions or attach to the capital wall or partition, and then sewed with moisture-resistant plasterboard and tiled.

Frame modules

Installation systems, in contrast to stationary elemental plumbing, will not become an insurmountable obstacle to any, both global and small, alterations of the bathroom. On the contrary, framework structures make it easier to install plumbing equipment, make it possible to reduce the repair time in the bathroom due to ease of installation and maintenance, eliminating even from the need to remove the old finish in the form of a tile for installing the toilet or sink. Installation systems transform bathroom, visually significantly expanding it, and also objectively leaving you more freedom for creativity.

Types of frame modules
- Modules for capital walls (wall) - the most common appearance. Most often, they are a frame on two supports, the lower parts of which are attached to the floor, and the upper - to the wall. Thus, the module is fixed in four-points with powerful brackets.
- Modules for partitions. Wall modules cannot be fixed to drywall partitions and walls of fragile materials. Another thing is floor modules - they do not need walls. The weight of the structure and the entire load take over the lower legs. Hinged toilet with module withstands 400 kg.

Narrow modules
In addition to universal standard frames, manufacturers are developing special modules for non-standard cases. Thus, narrow mounting modules (width 38, 41, 45 cm) are especially in demand when modernizing uncomfortable typical baths.

Modules for angular installation
When modernizing the bathroom, it is often necessary to establish a toilet bowl into an angle, for example, in the tensile - in the height of the room or in the separation low partition. In this case, you can take advantage of a special engineering module with a tank resembling a three-headed prism (Viega, Geberit). You can install, using standard direct modules that are equipped with special brackets that allow you to secure a standard frame at an angle of 45 ° to the walls. Both options are convenient.

Shortened modules
The shortened module allows you to install the device even under the window, and the replacement key to position is horizontally so that it does not interfere with the toilet cover when opening. Photo: Geberit.
A distinctive feature of this compact subspecies of modules - shortened in height of the frame (82-83 cm instead of 113 cm). Such modules are suitable for mounting in front of the windows, under the door of the plumbing cabinet, hinged furniture for the bathroom and in other places where the low engineering module is required.
