In the Moscow apartment with panoramic views of the city designer managed to create a modern classic interior.
The married couple acquired an apartment on the 23rd floor of the new residential complex "Dubrovskaya Sloboda". The owners dreamed of living in a light space, so the presence of panoramic windows has become an important argument in making a decision on the purchase of real estate.
When communicating with the designer, they immediately stated that 120 m2 requires two bathrooms, master and guest bedrooms and provide many places to store. Another prerequisite was the arrangement of a spacious dressing room.
Redevelopment
The apartment initially had a free layout with one carrier wall, which allowed the designer when developing a project to freely dispose of the available space and place all the necessary functional zones. The kitchen, the dining room and the living room decided to combine not to create an obstacle to the free sliding of natural light from panoramic windows. It turned out very bright, especially in the sunny season, the space that the owners dreamed of housing.

The area in the depths of the apartment was taken under the private zones: a master bedroom with an entrance to a separate dressing room and a room for guests. Thus, the living room decorates the classic fireplace of light marble flanked by two minimalist, built-in racks with open shelves, on which customer library and commemorative souvenirs are located. Symbiosis of styles can be traced in the design of AMANDA bedside tables under a TV, decorated with white glossy varnish and decorated hand-made carve.

In the textile decoration of the apartment prevailing soft pastel tones. If you get into an angle formed by the intersection of two panoramic windows, it seems that you stand on the very edge of the roof of a high high-rise building. To soften the feeling of open height, the textile design of windows in the bedroom was paid to increased attention. Another interesting point: the owner took when moving to a new place of residence expensive her heart vintage armchair in textile upholstery. The old object of the furniture successfully fit into the situation of the future zone.
