The hostess with the son and sister needed professional assistance to arrange a small two-bedroom apartment. New owners arranged this option.
The small room was decided to give under the nursery, to visually divide into two parts - a bedroom and a living room. In the bedroom area owned by the hostess, it was necessary to place a double bed, in the living room - the sofa transforming into a full-fledged bed for sibling. It was important to fit into a small budget, so when designing the designer proceeded from the cost of materials, furniture and equipment.

During the work, it was possible to realize everything conceived. With old floors wept. Under them turned out to be quite thick and continuing underlying "pie." His dismantling allowed to maintain the height of the premises by the device of the new flooring of the floor and the stitched ceilings from GLC. The wall between the rooms was erected again - after parsing, it turned out that it was not fixed below.
Choosing between a compact shower and a full-fledged bathroom, preference gave the latter as a proven tool for good relaxation.

The gas pipe was not transferred, but in coordination with the gas service it was closed by a box of GLC, which was tiled. For access, installed a special removable design.

Scandinavian style allowed combining different furniture: serial, custom and designer. In the hallway, the original cabinet and bright yellow stool are perfectly combined with a conventional cabinet bed. In a large room, the equipment is similar to origin complements the transformer coffee table: his folding countertop rises from both sides. As a result, sitting on the sofa, it is convenient for it to work on a laptop or a cup of tea.
In the kitchen, a cozy round table and bright chairs were added to the company to a modern modular headset - the replicas of the first plastic chairs created by American designers and launched into serial production over 60 years ago. Thanks to these legendary models, designer furniture first became available to the masses. In this interior, the chairs are unexpectedly correlated both with a round classic table and with the common Scandinavian kitchen style.
Scandinavian interior style, with a bright background and bright color splashes - an excellent base for low-budget start and transformations in the future. In this case, it was immediately clear that laminate for a huge light gray tree appears on the floors in the rooms, in wet zones - a close shade porcelain stoneware. All the walls, except one in the kitchen and in the hallway, were brought under painting. They are easy to update when contaminants appear or in search of a new interior shade. The remaining walls are separated by a white clinker. The kitchen apron Already at the very beginning of the project development, it was decided to lay out a "cable" without chamfer - tiles, in length and width of the corresponding brick size. But to add a little color, I made from the bottom of the tabletop strip from yellow mosaic. By the way, the apron laid out after installing the kitchen, which made it possible to do without a standard corner between the worktop and the wall (mosaic, fixed on the grid, enters the laminated worktop).
