The picturesque environment at the request of the customers included in the volume and planning solution, for which the representative zones of the first floor (living room and dining room) and the attic (Hall) turned face to the river. In addition, in the premises mentioned, there were windows of increased sizes, as well as outputs to a spacious indoor terrace (a metrar of about 40 m2) and a balcony (area of about 6 m2).
The kitchen set has been adjusted from sections with different color facades. Thus, the lower lockers were supplemented with deaf doors of a saturated cherry tone, the top - white frame with glazing and strokes. Provided on the first floor and private room - one of the guest rooms. In total, four bedrooms are designed in the house, three of them are located in the attic. However, about the convenience of guests the authors of the project also did not forget. They are addressed by two fully equipped plumbing rooms - one for each floor. Interestingly ordered the Hall in the attic. Due to his impressive area - about 30 m2 - here it was possible to place upholstered furniture, and the auxiliary room turned into an additional area of recreation, from where a picturesque view of the Volga is also located.
The main problems have created cracks that began to appear in a rounded log as shrinking and drying. At the insistence, they were eliminated by using silicone sealant and twisted cord. The troubles delivered poorly performed work on the skin of the ceilings and walls of GLC. The builders did not take into account the mobility of the log walls and tightly "tied" to them metal guides. As a result, cracks appeared on the finishing ceiling and wall decoration, and restoration of plastering and paint and varnish coatings.
The hobby of the customers (the owner is fishing, his spouse - landscape design) allowed us to quickly decide with the design style. As a basis was taken by weightless, elegant Provence, which is unusual, given the material of the walls - a massive rounded log. In addition, those inner walls that were erected on the framework technology and are trimmed by GKL, it was decided to partially cover with decorative plaster, partially caught with wallpaper. We have been very active. We used painted and artificially aged wooden beams, they helped to additionally highlight the functional zones, as well as optically lift the ceiling (its height is only 2.7 m). As a cacopate from the premises, we applied twisted cord. As the project has been implemented, it was constantly complemented. For example, the hostess found a panel, once a presented spouse for a fisherman's day. It brought to the interior the feature of Shebbi-Chic.
