The interior in which the white color dominates does not seem sterile due to non-standard structural elements (including decorative), as well as a variety of textural combinations. Restrained color inclusions focus individual zones. Space combines the same outdoor tile under the elevated oak

The owner of "doubles", located on the fourth floor of an old brick house, is a very energetic and busy person. The architects had to create a lightweight, modern interior, not overloaded with furniture and details, with a practical wear-resistant finish. Each element of the situation and decoration should be chosen in such a way that it serves for a long time, was comfortable during operation and maintenance. It was required to design the bedroom, the combined area of the living room and the dining room, to provide a workplace.

A semi-fruit rack successfully zonizes the studio. From the side of the kitchen in it embedded sections for storage. Three glass flashers unobtrusively focus the dining area

Glass and mirrors in the interior

Glass and mirrors can adjust the proportions of even miniature premises. In this project, they are used unobtrusively and non-standard. So, in a shining white kitchen (glossy facades, quartz countertops) apron, a frieze ribbon between the ceiling and cabinets, a panel on the wall in the printed line zone are made of glass painted in a dark brown.

This unexpected contrast emphasizes the beauty of the rational composition, creates the effect of depth. Structural beams protruding by half the meter of ceiling planes were tested by mirrors to optically level the massive volume. Along the windows of their "bawed" a raybalka from drywall with a surplus illumination.

Redevelopment

Footwear stored in the lower sections, in the upper clothes

Angular apartment with four windows and a standard structure - a rectangle, inside of which there were two rooms, a separate bathroom and a kitchen, connected by M-shaped corridor, were substantially converted.

The former undesisual partitions between the rooms were dismantled. At the site of the corridor, there was a spacious hallway - its area increased by the nearest room, the bathroom was combined and expanded, adding part of the passing zone to it.

The kitchen, the dining room and living room combined, placing three windows along one side, and separated from the hallway and the bedroom with a diagonal partition. The bedroom was arranged next to the fourth window facing west. The balcony was attached to the living room and removed the partition between two windows, the extended opening was strengthened with metal structures, having received the corresponding permissions in the necessary instances.

The protruding constructive beam complements imitation with the built-in irrigible backlight, on the same principle the lighting behind the headboard is organized. Soft scattered light creates a pleasant relaxing atmosphere in the bedroom

Layout: non-standard and practical

The office has arranged on a small balcony. At the place of removal of the subcast blocks, the balcony slab was reinforced, then the frame of the fence with the roof construction was built. Next, they leveled the floor, installed windows and insulated all planes.

At the entire length of the balcony mounted a worktop. The floor in the office slightly lifted relative to the floor level in the bedroom due to the "Cake" of insulation. The working area is a semi-autonomous space, besides, a magnificent insolation on the balcony. The valuable find was a volumetric cabinet partition between the living room and a dressing room. Two entrances are provided in the bedroom: one through a swing door from the hallway, the second - through a sliding glass wardrobe partition.

Repairs

The apartment completely replaced the screed, the floors were tested with a porrite tile under the tree and mounted an electric heating under them. New partitions elevated from the puzzle blocks. The walls were leveled by plaster and partially covered texture paint, and partially separated by mosaic.

In the bedroom, the walls, the floor and the ceiling were insulated. In all rooms they made stretch ceilings, minimally lowering their level. The bedroom and the living room were equipped with air conditioning, the outer blocks were put on the outer wall facing the courtyard.

Open the opening between the hallway and the studio, as well as the light finish create a feeling of space, improve the illumination of the premises. Glossy surfaces, mosaic, porcelain stoneware apply elegance interiors

Design

In the bathroom, the walls are decorated with mosaic panels made according to individual order. Vertical pattern in the form of formulas and numbers running down, as if the water ridges, suggested by the Matrix movie. The floor is decorated with black glossy mosaic of the same format

Each element of the planning and design is closely related to others, but all of them are subject to the common task: to create a feeling of a more large-scale, transparent, free residential space. The studio layout has become an important step towards the implementation of this idea, and the diagonal partition gave the dynamism of the composition and also contributed to the optical increase in the depths of the room. An important component of the interior was colors: almost all the walls of the apartment are covered with white paint with a light texture, the same color window sills and most of the furniture, and the splashes of dark brown and gray only emphasize the "light-base" of the main planes.

Furniture is a bit, large-sized items are built-in and practically merged with the background, even the shelf-stand for TV in the bedroom as if an angle of the wall is put forward. A repeatedly enlarged fragmented "portrait" of a cat visually changes the scale and the actual dimensions of the studio.

Almost all interior doors, the door of the built-in wardrobe, the frieze between the ceiling and the upper boundary of the kitchen cabinets, the kitchen apron is made of glass; Volumetric ceiling beams are separated by mirrors. Most of the day, the windows are open, only curtains with the Black-Out effect are provided for them.

Lighting devices - a surplus backlight, balls over a semi-cloth, hidden behind the stretch ceiling of the bathroom and the hallway lamps - provide smooth matte radiance. Mosaic with small tessers also contributes to visual expansion of space: all walls are finished in the bathroom, which creates an image of a flickering depth; Light gray mosaic decorated with hallway walls.

In the kitchen, the protrusion of the technical box with a ventshakhta is leveled by facing the same materials from which the facades of cabinets are made

When choosing an apartment, the Customer took into account the criteria as proximity to the motorways and the subway, the quiet area, the neighborhood with the park, high ceilings, balcony. The owner spends a lot of time on business trips, and therefore his own dwelling should be an embodiment of a dream about a relaxing rest. The apartment is almost all day illuminated by the Sun, so the living room provided Roman curtains with a dense lining (they will be useful when viewing TV programs). And in the bedroom hung full-fledged curtains with lining blackwood. An important accent element was the mosaic panel on the wall of the kitchen. The customer could not choose one of the many plots offered by us: I wanted it unusual and at the same time did not bother. As a result, they stopped at the photo of the beloved cat. It turned out very original - the cat became the "face" of the apartment, although it lives elsewhere.
