In order for the kitchen to be "breathing with complete breasts," it is not enough to choose an ideal stretching from a technical point of view, it is also necessary to correctly install it. This is a rather complicated process, and you should not try to implement it yourself, but still know the main stages useful, at least then to control the work of the installer team. Remember, no serious manufacturing company will take responsibility for the inefficient operation of the device, if it is a consequence of illiterate installation. There are several exhaust installation technologies. Increased article, we consider one of the most common optional air cleaner of the fireplace (dome) type, fixed above the cooking panel.
1. How to proceed to the installation of a kitchen air cleaner, electricity should be carried out to the place of its intended mount. It should be verified that the voltage in the power grid corresponds to the one on which the device is calculated (usually the table with the technical characteristics of the device is inside the exhaust cap). The extract should be turned on through a two-pole switch with a distance between the contacts of at least 3mm. You need to install the outlet so that it is easily accessible. The socket must be grounded.
2. Fast installation of the air cleaner must make markup. Having spent on the wall line perpendicular to the work surface of the plate, mark the desired distance from the bottom plane of the exhaust to the cooking panel. It should be at least 65 cm. If the instructions for installing a cooking panel provides for a greater distance (this may concern, for example, modular domino systems, including fryer or grill), this requirement must be observed.
3. Cameras are measured from the bottom plane of the drawing to the mounting loops and the gap between them, after which it is determined by simple mathematical computing a place where screws should be mounted for the umbrella. There may be two or four of them depending on the model. Often air cleaners are supplied with a special cardboard pattern, which greatly simplifies this work.
4. Disabling on the wall of space for screws, drill holes, insert dowels and screw screws (as a rule, both are included in the kit). Dowels can be replaced with their own, with the diameters of the hat and the rod screws should be similar to the attached in the kit.
5. The air duct hose (it can be made both from corrugated aluminum foil and from smooth plastic) are connected to the exhaust cap pipe. If their diameters do not coincide, the connection is carried out using a special adapter.
6. Before starting the installation of the device itself, tensile filters are removed to facilitate work. Then hang out the exhaust cap on the screws, ensuring that they exactly entered the loop or holes.
7. Through the upper hole of the umbrella, the air duct hose is outward, for which the opening of the desired diameter in the kitchen cabinet or furniture cornices is pre-cut. Later through an adapter to the hose, the air duct is connected.
8. Next is mounted duct. It is paved from the lattice of the ventilation shaft to the hood umbrella. The recommended section diameter of the air duct is at least 125mm, the narrowing of the pipe, if necessary, should be done only on direct segments.
9. The necessary bends of the duct are performed using special rotary elements (knees). Pipes can be mounted hidden (behind plasterboard design, mounted ceiling) or open on the wall, but most often they are simply placed on the top plane of kitchen cabinets.
10. The last stage of installation is connecting the chimney pipe to the ventilation hole. Its diameter should be 130-133mm. Remember that the exhaust cannot be connected to chimneys through which the products of combustion of gas heating and water heating devices are removed.
