How are ideas born? Went in the air or ripen in creative flour? Perhaps this question is impossible to give an exhaustive answer. But it is known that sometimes the original projects arise in the process of solving the urgent problems when the initial data narrow the framework of the possible and dictate certain conditions for the future at home. That was how it was in this case.

The house is in the depths of the stretched area. It has its advantages: the owners do not bother dust and noise from cars driven by the expertoskovsk architect Svetlana Nikolaev, the author of the project, which will be discussed, was to create a modern, comfortable and spacious country house for a young family of five. To this end, a land plot of 17 acres was acquired in one of the suburban village villages.

The first problem with which I had to face the architect concerned the non-standard configuration of the site itself. With his wrong form, he reminds something like the letter "G": narrow on the part of the driveway and strongly elongated, at the end of the plot expands. In addition, in the process of designing the house, it was necessary to take into account the fairly close arrangement of neighboring buildings. The result is the structure turned out to be "open" only towards the garden, and from three other parties facing neighboring fences, the walls were made practically deaf. However, thanks to the large windows, the windows, the premises do not have a lack of daylight, and the successful orientation of the building to the East allows the sun to reign in its inner space from the early morning and almost until noon.

Located near the house, the gazebo is equipped with a focus of bricks, where you can place the cauldron, and install the brazier. The gazebo floor is paved in the same clinker brick as the garden tracks standing on a monolithic ribbon reinforced concrete foundation laid down to a depth of 1.5 m, which for most areas of the Moscow region is an ordinary practice. All walls of the building, both external and internal, are composed of bricks. The thickness of the bearing walls is 510mm. For greater strength every five rows, brickwork is reinforced by a masonry grid. The sweeps of the wall are decorated with Finnish facial bricks.

The building consists of three gradually decreasing volumes, each of which has a separate roof. This made it possible to make the facade pattern with light and elegant. The rapid design of the pitched roof is made of glued bar. The thing is not a thoughtful overlap, so the roof is insulated by the Mineral Wool Paroc (Finland) thickness 200mm. The internal layout of the building is organized so that each of the three architectural parts performs its function. The highest two-storey part of the house can be called a master. Here are: on the first floor, the living room, on the second-bedroom of the parents. Also, also a two-story, but less than high part on the first floor there is a settling kitchen and boiler room, and on the second children's and nanny room are placed. And finally, in a one-story part, located perpendicular to relatively main volume of the building, two more isolated rooms for older children are equipped. Thus, all family members have their own sovereign territory.

The arrangement of the Big House is sometimes more trouble than the organization of the small. In order to stay in the spacious room, it is comfortable, it is necessary to split the interior on a commensurate person volumes. In the case, the problem was the living room, the area of ​​which is about 60m2. The easiest technique that allows you to organize space, is considered to be a muddle with a soft furniture, they are used in the home theater zone. In this case, not only the texture can be actively operating, but also color. So, the dining room is accented with a contrasting black tone of the table and chairs on the background of light walls, which localizes this area of ​​the interior. A more radical way to increase or decrease the level of the floor in any part of the spacious room (device of various podiums, Lesteno IT.P.). This technique is used in the fireplace, where the floor is reduced by 60cm. As a result, a separate cozy space was formed around the focus. Interestingly, the recess is made with such a calculation to correspond to the height of the sofas selected by the owners specifically for this zone.

The indifference of the interior solution of the living room "is read" and in the unusual position of the sofa separating the area of ​​the home theater from the wall with books, and in the installation of the trios of lamps, diluting the monopoly of square and rectangular formwake to the house predens an open terrace. Its floor paved with larch, whose wood is resistant to moisture. To adjust the possible deformation of the boards, the gap of 0.5 cm is left between them. The surface of the tree is treated with a special protective impregnation of Tikkurila (Finland). A double glass door connects the terrace with a small entrance pattern. It should be behind him, from which you can go left to the living room or direct the kitchen, in the dining room and in the rooms of children, as well as climb the oak staircase to the second floor. At the request of the owners, the living room is intentionally isolated from the kitchen zone so that the area for recreation has been maximally highlighted and nothing here reminded about everyday worries.

The floor of the fireplace is reduced relative to the overall level at 60cm, so it needs to be descended here on wooden steps. Almost all over the perimeter of the fireplace area is upholstered furniture, which allows you to comfortably accommodate the fire and the whole large family, and guests. An interesting design move was the location of the fireplace on the background of window openings, so that he looks at the same time elegant and monumental.

Kitchen furniture is equipped with built-in touch lamps, so the working area is always filled with light-alumnil's attitude. The interior of the living room is built on a combination of natural natural paints. The main mood is set to a light brown with an amber taking parquet board from Merbau. If the dining area is equipped in the living room, designed for festive dinners and reception, then for everyday trapes, a spacious kitchen has a large dining table. The floor of the kitchen is lined with light brown ceramic tiles, selected in the tone of the parquet board, which is laid in the residential premises. Thanks to the original mount, the lamps in the bedroom of parents seem soaring in the air. However, the rigorous contrast of the dark and light, spectacularly used in the living room, is mitigated here. It is understandable, because in the bedroom, first of all, must be cozy. Therefore, when choosing the color of decorative plaster for the walls, preference was given to a warmer shade, which is successfully combined with upholstered upholstered furniture. The bedroom space (39.3m2) is divided into two zones: the bedroom itself, where there is a bed and a large wardrobe, and a seating area in which there are comfortable sofas. The role of the conditioned border is played by elongated rectangular lamps. Plafones are suspended on thin metal cables so that there are in the middle, between the floor and the ceiling. The position of the plafones is fixed with the help of cylindrical weights attached to them on the same metallic cables. The loads are not fixed, which makes the whole design of mobile.

Oak furniture in the bathroom of parents is made to order. In color, it is well combined with open ceiling beams, toned by the Morilka Tikkurilacspaln, adjoins the bathroom. Due to the height of the upper overlap in the bathroom, the floor level is reduced. This forced measure was originated by the architect as a separation of the room on the zone. Since the country house was intended, first of all, for relaxation in nature, the architect Svetlana Nikolaeva paid special attention to the organization of platforms outdoors. It was for this purpose that the terrace was designed before entering the building. The platform with a wooden flooring is quite spacious in order for not only the garden table and chairs, but also a chaise longue, children's swing, and there is still a place for moving games. Adla picnic in the garden provides a gazebo from glued timber. Thanks to the decoration of the brick, it is easily turning into a "summer cafe", where the treat is preparing directly on the open fire.
