Working out the project, the author sought to the utmost simplicity and clarity of the interior pattern, as well as to the functional definition of parts.

It so happened that after buying an apartment, it was joining it twice. At first they made first repair (with the help of Moldovan workers), and after three and a half years, the second (it was performed by Yugoslav). The first tribe lasted, and the second and three weeks at all. At the first stage, the task of increasing the living space at the expense of the loggia was solved, demolished the partition between the room and the kitchen, took the good part of the hallway and the storage room under the dressing room and the well-insulated "insulated" (heat insulated the loggia, "rooted" floors in the kitchen, in the corridor and bathroom). After the "Moldavian" repair appeared orange walls and bright purple carpet. But the main achievement of this stage is redeveloped, creating a studio in the outlines in which it remains. Warming loggia

Insulation technology was simple and reliable. Punching of the main insulation used foam plastic, practically unable to absorb water vapors and not needed vapor barrier.

Azvertered "Pie" walls and ceiling by mounting roll foam (foamed polyethylene with a layer of aluminum foil, foil toward the room) and the covering of two layers of moisture-resistant drywall, which was subsequently colored.

The thickness of the insulated loggia screen, not counting the lattice, eventually amounted to 28cm. A comfortable wide window sill is reliably located on such an impressive wall. The entire loggia was re-glazed with plastic windows with double-chamber domestic production windows ("excellent windows"). The ceiling and the cable was laid in the wall, installed sockets, switches and lamps. After waterproofing (the domestic kauchuctum mixture Feidal), the floor was insulated with solid foam plates (Styrodur C), then followed by a LED layer, and further trim thick carpet. The loggia is not heated, only in particularly cold winter days in it sometimes includes an electric radiator.

A sleeping place occupies part of the territory of the loggia and snatches only a small piece of the room. Making the bedroom on the loggia, saved the whole 3m2.
