Customer and tasks
Designer Customer Tatiana Petrova wanted to make this apartment for an adult daughter. Now the future hostess does not live in it, and there are plans to rent a property for rent. But the interior was created for themselves. The author of the project was a few tasks: to allocate a place to store things and save three rooms - a living room, a bedroom and a second bedroom, which in the future could be turned into a nursery.

Redevelopment
The initial layout of the developer was quite successful - three rooms, but the living room is a passing, two bathrooms, a large balcony with fittings from a bedroom and a loggia. An important circumstance that could not be taken into account during redevelopment - gas equipment in the kitchen. With its account and developed space.

Changes are not large-scale, but allowed to make an apartment more functional. So, laid the entrance to the kitchen from the corridor and moved it to the living room. The kitchen with gas, so there is a sliding partition between these rooms. In addition, they moved the entrance to the bathroom - now you can only get into it from the master bedroom. This decision made it possible to make a separate private block. The entrance to the guest bathroom remained from the corridor.
"It is interesting to solve the extractor," the designer says. "We made a box from GLC, walked with wallpaper and decorated with a cornice and molding, adding a bright accent with a kitchen. The duct from the drawing was hidden in the ceiling of GLC. "
Unfluous balcony decided to use "for the benefit" of the functionality of the apartment. Some glazed and "attached" to the bedroom, leaving sliding partitions and the battery in the room. The glazed part was divided: one zone was taken under the wardrobe cabinets, another - under a female corner with a toilet table.
The kitchen headset was designed functional. Here, except for kitchen appliances, a washing machine is built in and mixed. "This solution is convenient, since the drying for linen will be launched on the balcony adjacent to the kitchen," the author commented.
A small part of the balcony was left open, on the resulting "terrace" you can get from the bedroom-office and glazed part of the balcony with the master bedroom.
Finish
"The finish should have been inexpensive and easily replaced," comments the choice of materials. According to this principle, they chose paint for walls and accent wallpaper. Plots marked with wallpaper, in the bedroom, living room, office and hallway. The floor in residential areas issued a laminate with a drawing "Christmas tree", and in the hallway, kitchen and bathrooms - ceramic tiles. The floor of the open balcony is covered with IKEA.
In the master bedroom, one of the walls had an uncomfortable ledge from the developer. He was not masked, but on the contrary, allocated in color. The bed because of this protrusion does not fit to the wall, but also solved this problem: they put a shelf for the headboard, which plays the role of an additional bedside table.
Furniture and storage systems
More furniture objects in the project - Swedish brand. The author of the project explains such a choice of the Middle Budget. Nevertheless, the furniture of the mass manufacturer successfully entered the interior. But there are also registered positions on which they did not save. Like, for example, a kitchen set. Also to order made a wardrobe in the hallway.
"Cute monkeys are hidden among the leaves in the bedroom among the leaves," the designer notes. "Therefore, as a bedside lamp, I proposed to use the sconce of the Italian company Seletti in the form of a monkey. The market contains Chinese-made analogues, they are cheaper, but I managed to convince the customer to give preference to the original manufacturer. "
Storage systems are provided in each room. In the bedroom, they organized the semblance of a dressing room on the balcony - there are two high wardrobes of ICEA "Pax". Additionally - the dresser at the wall in front of the bed.

The living room for storage provides two racks in the dining area and the cabinet under the TV. The guestbook has cabinets for things, as well as a system of racks and shelves for storing papers, documents, books.

In the hallway - a spacious wardrobe, where, in addition to clothes, hidden electrical panels, wires for the Internet, as well as the economic compartment for vacuum cleaner, inventory and chemistry for cleaning. The mirror in the hallway "opens", and the hooks are hidden behind it - you can hang keys on them.
"In the hallway, I used the reception, which often applied in my projects - facing the slopes around the inlet door with ceramic tiles. This is a practical decision, "says the designer.
Lighting
In the interior, multi-level lighting for different life scenarios is thought out. It is also shutdown and the inclusion of light from different points. For example, the upper light in the living room can be included at the entrance to the room, from the kitchen and at the door in the bedroom.
The lighting in the rooms is divided into zones. For example, the living room provides a lamp above the dining table, a bar rack and a working surface is highlighted in the kitchen, and a guest room. The bedroom has lighting near the bed. The accent light is in the bathrooms. In the master - LED tape under a tab, and in the guest room - a suspended lamp at the mirror. This lighting complements the main ceiling.

I would like to pay attention to how it was possible to reorganize the space: very few changes, and the benefits are significant. Thanks to the redevelopment, the useful area of the kitchen increased, rationally used the hallway, found a place to store things. In general purpose spaces - an entrance hall, guest bathroom, kitchen and living room - used the same finishing materials, which creates the effect of communion.
