A small apartment in the Moscow region designer turned into a cozy and beautiful space with a multitude of functional zones: a separate bedroom, a roomy dressing room, a kitchen-living room and a spacious bathroom.
Customers and tasks
Apartments owners - young family. Spouse - entrepreneur, spouse - stylist. They wanted to create a cozy, bright interior and use unusual color combinations. "The hostess in his profession is familiar with the color, style, textures, trends, she definitely understood that she wanted something unusual, but at the same time basic," says the author of the project, designer Evgenia Filatova. There were functional wishes. The owners wanted to maximize the place of storage, arrange a dressing room, comfortable kitchen and a bathroom.
Planning
The apartment threw out without partitions with outlined wet zones. "We knew exactly where it was necessary to build the walls in order to correctly place all the equipment and furniture, without violating the rules for the placement of wet zones," says Evgenia.
The layout turned out next. When entering the apartment is a fairly spacious entrance hall, on the right - the bathroom. Further, the space of the common kitchen-living-dining room, which opens two doors to the bedroom and dressing room.
The color of the sofa is green - the author of the project calls the starting point of the selection of the palette for this interior. "All colors and textures were chosen at the level of sensation and" vision "of the final picture, they are very noble," the Eugene clarifies.
Finish
Finishing materials were chosen according to the recommendations of the author of the project: paint on the walls, parquet on the floor, porcelain stoneware in wet zones.
Due to the selection of colors and textures, the interior was harmonious, against the background of a neutral finish, bright furniture, decor and interior details are allocated.
"All finishing materials serve for me" Background ", on which I set accents in the form of furniture, decor, textiles. In the bathroom, we combined two prints and formats of porcelain. My favorite reception is to use the same porcelain stoneware as an outdoor coating in the corridor and in the bathroom, if the rooms are adjacent. This technique generalizes two different premises, creating a general atmosphere and a holistic perception of space, "the designer shares.
Storage systems
The main volume and functionality of the storage system is, of course, the dressing room. On the area of 5 square meters, there were a variety of shelves, hangers in order to accommodate all the things of the owners. Due to this, it was possible to free from the cabinets and the bedroom, and the living room.
In the hallway, a spacious cabinet for outerwear and household accessories is built into the niche. It is made under the ceiling, upstairs there is a place to store seasonal things.
The p-shaped kitchen headset also turned out to be spacious. There have built all the necessary household techniques and provided for storage space.
In the bedroom storage is possible under the bed - it is with a lifting mechanism. And for trifles on the sides of the bed, put bedside tables.
The bathroom has a cabinet under the sink, a wardrobe on the installation of the toilet and the rack next to the toilet in the niche. "This zone appeared thanks to the features of the apartment - the room is located on the second floor, respectively, the mine area with communications is much smaller than on the last floors. Thus, the free space appeared, which we used under the storage system, "explains Evgeny.
Lighting
In the interior, a multi-level lighting is thought out, but not chandeliers, but dot lights and tracks used as the main light. For example, in the hallway, bathroom, dressing room and bedroom - built-in point lamps, in the living room - tracks.
An additional light script is resolved separately for each room. So, in the bedroom there are three scenarios next to the bed: pendant lamps, sconce and table lamps on the bedside tables.
The bathroom has a mirror illumination, as in the hallway. And in the living area of the sofa, there is a flooring and mounted wall-mounted laconic scaves in brass color.

Designers have not been working for a long time in some given style, in all projects there is an eclectic. Using certain decisions, picking up a color, form, design of furniture or something, I base completely on my vision and sensation of harmony in a specific project. In my opinion, this interior turned out to be stylish, bold, soft, cozy and unique.
