Standardly for renting is made up of a simple interior with budgetary finishes and a minimum decor. Here the customers wanted the beautiful space "with a highlight" so that the object was different from the other rental market. As a basis, we chose a modern style with the elements of the ar dece.
Customers and tasks
The apartment is located in the LCD "Persons", not far from the center of Moscow, in the area with a developed infrastructure. The owners initially planned to rent it and invited the architect Ksenia Konovalov for the design of a comfortable, stylish and exclusive interior, which will attract the tenant. As an exemplary portrait of the tenant identified a family of two without children. Based on this, the main wishes were built. It was necessary to make an eurodwoke from the free planning apartment - with an isolated bedroom, a kitchen-living room, a spacious bathroom and a dressing room.
Planning
The original plan of the apartment is an empty rectangle with highlighted wet zones.
"The redevelopment was carried out and legalized in such a way that in the end, an entrance hall with an adjacent dressing room, a functional kitchen-living room, a spacious bathroom and a bedroom with a spacious wardrobe area, a workplace and a toilet table were placed. Surprisingly, but on a small area of 53 square meters. M managed to place everything you need for a comfortable family stay of two people, "commented by the author of the Ksenia Konovalov project.
Decor and textiles were chosen in the overall range of the interior (black and white), diluting with color in separate items. "For the living room, it was miraculously able to find the picture of the artist Victoria Bathnik, which hesitated in the interior, continued monochrome black and white topics and added a bright oath-golden accent. In the tone picked up a bright pillow on the sofa. Similar bright metallic shade appeared in decorative pillows in the bedroom. It is perfectly combined with deep color bed, "says Ksenia Konovalova.
Finish
On the decoration decided not to save. Chose durable and durable materials that look noble and subject to recovery. So, for the floor in common areas, porcelain stoneware with a pattern of natural marble of the Italian factory was chosen. Its, in combination with another tiled with a pattern of natural stone onyx, was used on the walls in the bathroom. In the living room and bedroom, the floorboard was laid on the floor - chose the material with a thick top layer of a tree so that, if necessary, the coating could be bought and refresh the look in this way.
On the walls in the living room and the bedroom also partially laid a porcelain stoneware - it was combined with veneered panels. According to the author of the project, such a solution for wall decoration simultaneously and decorative, and the functional - panel will serve protection against dirt.
Walls in the hallway (and partly in the bedroom) were colored washing English paint.
Furniture and storage systems
The lack of storage systems in the apartment is not. At the entrance, the spacious dressing room was designed, we thought out a separate dressing room in the bedroom, made a closet for storing household chemicals in the bathroom. Storage in the kitchen is also thought out. The upper module of cabinets extended to the ceiling, made the side section of columns with integrated equipment. Here you can accommodate all the necessary kitchen utensils.
An additional storage system is mounted along a large window in the living room - a bench with opening sections and storage shelves. When choosing furniture was guided primarily by the presence and budget. "The furniture was selected solely from the presence, among local suppliers and manufacturers, aesthetic, made in modern style, convenient and inexpensive. So that it was possible to be painlessly replaced over time, "comments Ksenia Konovalov.
Lighting
Each room is thought out several light scenarios. For example, in the living room, the main light is resolved by built-in ceiling lights, additional - wall-mounted sconces and point directed luminaires over the windowsill.
In the bedroom the base was the built-in ceiling light, the lamps above the bedside tables are served to create a private atmosphere, and the bed has been thought out for reading.
In the bathroom, except for the main light, there is a LED backlight and a lamp over a separate bathroom, which creates an atmosphere for relaxation and relaxation.
Color
At the start of the work, customers said that they like the combination of black and white colors, but at the same time they want light and comfort in the interior. Based on this, the main gamma was formed.
"I had the idea to take a contrast combination of white and black porcelain stoneware with a pattern under marble and combine it with something softer and warm. An incredibly beautiful porcelain tipture came to the rescue with an onyx pattern of warm gray-coffee tint. In addition, we picked up a complex shade of a parquet board, which echoes the soft overyx overflows and softens the contrasting black and white base. On the same color toned and veneered furniture made to order, picked up textiles for the porter to the bedroom. For walls, a soft and noble gray-beige shade was chosen. All other colors in the interior (accurate pink chairs, saturated deep color bed) - Delicate color spots that make a variety of strict black and white gamut, "says Ksenia Konovalova.
The bathroom was not easy to fit and separately standing the bath, and the Customers wanted. The area of the room was limited to the boundaries of the wet zone and the entrance door to the apartment. But the author of the project managed to plan the room so as to fit not only the bath and shower, but also a rather big sink, a wardrobe with a washing machine and storage system. At the same time, the room can not be called close.

Stylistically, the apartment turned out to be modern with the notes of Ar Deco. Modern solutions are represented by smooth facades of furniture, lack of pens, technical light, and ar-deco - delicate moldings on the walls, high doors with sealers, golden metal shades in fixtures and decor.
