1 Take a bedroom
Designers Elena Ivanova and Marina Pogranitskaya prefer to use blue and its shades in the design of bedrooms, as this color contributes to relaxation and rest. However, they advise it to apply it accently so that the space does not look too cold.

2 mix blue with gold
Gold metals in trend are already several seasons, and they will perfectly fit into the room, which is framed in blue shades in whole or in part. According to the designer Irina Fahrutdinova, such a combination always looks exquisitely.

I love the combination of classic blue and gold. These colors complement well and compensate for each other, as the blue muffles gold, and the golden adds a blue gloss.
3 Build a blue wall
The designer Rimma Semenova speaks about the classic blue as a symbol of constancy and trust, color of faith and confidence and draws up in blue volume surfaces, in particular walls. Such a decoration is easy to dilute with furniture and decor, it is enough to choose the right color-companions: bright and bright tones, earthy and dark.

4 or make one accent wall
Designer Dmitry Kondakov prefers to apply blue on the species wall, thereby making it an accent. Moreover, the decoration of this wall may be different, as well as its purpose. For example, a surround panels in the headboard or a sofa, a wall behind a TV, a wall cladding around the fireplace and the very heart of a colored marble, a kitchen apron finish with a mosaic or tiled.

So, for example, one of my clients liked the mountains against the background of the starry sky, because they reminded about fishing campaigns on mountain rivers. So the wall in his bedroom became dark blue. The classic blue in the living room allows you to safely relax from the working everyday life, it creates a sense of reliability and stability, so it can be used if the owners of the apartment seek the atmosphere of relaxation in their interior.
5 Use blue in furnishings
