Architect Elena Poffee had to decide the question not so much with the placement of the inner unit of the air conditioner, as with the external block. On the facade it was impossible to be made due to the ban of the city administration (the high-altitude house goes to the historical part of Sochi). Therefore, for the outer block, there was a small technical balcony, and access to it is organized through an invisible door.
