2 Apartment 26 sq.m for Mom and Son Schoolchildren

Two - mom and son-schoolboy live in this small studio. I can not even believe that at such a modest square designers managed to place two beds (bed for a boy and folding sofa for mom), kitchen, dining room, spacious storage systems, and even two jobs (one - on a warmed balcony). It turned out to be functionally and there is no sensation of cramped and clutter of space.

This studio is 50 square meters. It seems much more than it really is.

The secret is in competent zoning and complex configuration of space (the feeling is created that there are so many different zones, corners and turns in the room, then it is rather small).

In addition, the situation is filled with attractive view of the details. Attention attract accent wallpapers, concrete ceilings, fact textiles. And deep colors, mirrors and metal surfaces only enhance the impression of spacious housing.

No complex redevelopment in the repair of the apartment did not need, it was originally a studio with several windows, without any partitions. The parent bedroom was decided to separate only the textile curtain in order not to take the volume of the apartment. The replacement of one of the walls at the same time serve two cabinets: one opens from the hallway, the other - on the side of the bedroom. But the children's room was nevertheless made separately, the sphere of the square, the layout and the presence of windows was allowed.

The owners of this studio thought for a long time to arrange two bedrooms on a modest square - parental and children's - and eventually found a nontrivial solution. The height of the ceilings allowed to equip two peculiar semi-stand, it was there and placed the beds. Each bedroom has additional windows, so there are no problems with ventilation and natural lighting.

7 Studio with bedrooms in the closet

The interior of this studio area is only 35 sq. M. is decorated for temporary (vacation) living elderly couple and two little grandchildren. Boys often spend vacation with grandparents, so when repairing it was important to highlight them their own bedroom. Architects found an unusual solution: developed a wardrobe, behind the doors of which were hidden two bedrooms. One - for adults, you can stand in full growth. And the second is children - right above the main. There are steps on the side of the cabinet and the height of this room is sufficient to make a comfortable person to sit on the bed sitting.

What if at the disposal - a studio of less than 30 square meters, in which you need to accommodate a family with 3 or even 4 children? We found examples proving that it is possible.

1. 24 sq.m for family with 4 children

This interior is still only in the form of a plan, but even in this version it deserves attention. After all, the author of the project managed to fit for 24 sq. M. Family from 6 people.

The situation provides two bunk beds for children and folding sofa for parents.
There are a lot of storage sites in the residential area: boxes under bedroom places, shelves over sofa and beds, chest of drawers, coffee table with drawers.
In the hallway there is a wardrobe, a supervisory hanger for outerwear and a shopping cabinet.
The designer suggested using a folding table-transformer in the project, followed by the whole big family (in the gallery you will find his sketch).
The window offers to place a wardrobe, it will provide additional storage and replace the writing desk to schoolchildren.
In order not to clutter the space, the chairs for the dining area are decided to choose folding.
Miniature kitchen. The stove is a two-door, and the refrigerator is under the tabletop (perhaps not the perfect option for a large family, but otherwise there would be no place for the working surface).

2. 29.5 sq.m for family with 3 children

Another apartment, to get acquainted with which we can only on paper. This time the room is 29.5 sq.m, and accommodated housing for a family of 5 people. The designer suggested as much as three options for planning.

Two options for planning include a folding sofa, a bunk bed and a folding chair, and one is a sofa, a bunk bed and a baby bed (bonus - an additional space under it can be used with benefit).
All furniture - with additional storage boxes.
The coffee table is transformed into the dining, folding chairs are attached to it.
In the hallway - a spacious cabinet, one more - in the residential area.
In two options for planning, the kitchen set accommodated a narrow dishwasher and a cooking surface on 4 burners.
In one of the options there is a wardrobe with a folding countertop (for schoolchildren), the other two children have to use a dining table transformer also in writing mode.

And although the large family will have to spread the furniture daily and spread the bed, but everyone will fit with comfort on a modest square, and there will still be a place for life.
