Tasks
Customers spoke about the spacious kitchen and two bedrooms, but in the process of working on the object, the architect made a more interesting offer. In addition to the required premises, and, of course, a large number of storage places, in the presented redevelopment version, a dressing room and a large kitchen-living room appeared.
The main task was to create a simple, functional, unobtrusive design. In the overloaded world information, you need a house - a place where you can relax, simple and concise in the design. Term of implementation: 6 months
Redevelopment
The dismantle was subject to exclusively nonsense partitions. A pleasant moment - the loggia, as such, there was no in the apartment - in the intra-quarter space there was a so-called "warm outline", which could be disposed of differently - to equip as a summer room or to use as a residential space. Preference gave the second option.
Plumbing rooms were combined and expanded at the expense of the corridor, for the dressing room used part more than the room at the room. The kitchen-living room provided compact, but roomy (due to the antlesol row) kitchen set. It provides maximum cooking opportunities as well as storage.
Since the parent bedroom is small, besides the bed in it placed a wardrobe (in the composition with the working area) and racks in the bed zone. They have a small depth, which, however, is enough for books.
A full-fledged cabinet for outerwear appeared in the spacious nursery, a separate cabinet for toys and a rack, passing to the working area.
There are storage sites and a bathroom - in the cabinet under the washbasin, a separate locker, on the shelves in niche (access to them is possible both from the side of the bath and on the side of the washbasin). The toilet over the toilet provides a rack. A separate storage room (outerwear, machinery and household chemicals) is, of course, a dressing room. In the hallway is a wardrobe for outerwear.
Decoration Materials

For decoration of the apartment, bright, non-sprauly tone space are selected. However, in the kitchen-living room and bedroom, some zones are accented with dark shades. Also for the separation used porcelain stoneware under the tree. In the children's color was added for the visual "insulation" of the room.
The hallways made monochrome - there are many angles in it, so they did not overload the small abundance of colors and faces.
