This apartment is 45 square meters is located in a modern residential complex in Ufa. The designer designed interior for a student in which there is everything you need, and there are no extra things and zones.
Customers and tasks
Parents bought this apartment for a student's son. It is located in a residential complex in the business part of the city on the 26th floor. It was necessary to place a separate bed and a convenient zone for study. The kitchen should have occupied little space, by the wishes of customers, and the living room is spacious, in order to invite friends.Redevelopment
Initially, the layout was typical for one-bedroom apartment: kitchen, room, bathroom. The redevelopment managed to change at the end stage of the house, the developer provided such a service for an additional fee. What happened in the end: the partition between the kitchen and the room partially removed, opened the input zone. Expanded the bathroom at the expense of the hallway. The partition between the bathroom and the kitchen remained untouched, as expected on the standards. Built a small niche, where the linear kitchen set was built. The kitchen is separated from the living room only a visual, high dining table.
The bedroom closes a deaf partition from the living room. On the other hand, a sleep zone is separated by a glass partition with a curtain and door. Next to the bedroom issued a working area. At the entrance to the apartment made a dressing room.
Finish
The main flooring was the laminate of European production with the Chevron Decor. Porcelain stoneware is laid only in the bathroom. Several types of finishes are combined on the walls: paint and clinker brick.
The ceiling had to sew plasterboard boxes due to channel air conditioning in the house. The ceiling finish has become an additional zoning method.
Furniture and storage systems
Since the concept of the interior is "nothing superfluous, storage is mainly focused on the dressing room. Additional options are a small clothes hanger in the hallway, the shelf for shoes there, the economic cabinet in the bathroom and high cabinet-pencil in the living room. The author of the project clarifies that while he stands empty - the owner of the apartment did not come up with his appointment. Storage system is also designed around the desktop: the cabinets and shelves.
Decorative design of the apartment is restrained: several paintings, textiles that performs its function: plaids and pillows. In a word, nothing superfluous. On the windows - light tulle, which supplemented rolled blinds to protect against the sun (in the afternoon through the large windows, the sun shines quite actively in the apartment).
Lighting
Light, mostly plays a functional role: these are built-in and swivel spots on the ceiling. Screw on the wall above the sofa and above the bed, glass suspensions in the bathroom and lamps made of metal and mic cement over the kitchen table. They are also additional scenarios of light.
The bathroom increased due to the hallway, and this allowed to deliver a spacious shower cabin size 800x1 200 mm, a washing machine and make a spacious shopping cabinet.

When designing small apartments, I try to stick with the style of functionalism. There are no decorative items in this apartment, each detail of the interior serves for the convenience of the owner.
