This small odnushka is 44 square meters. M is in Samara, in a new building in the historic center of the city. The owners bought it for rent, but together with the designer, the interior was "under themselves".
Customers and tasks
Apartments owners - young large families. They acquired real estate in the center of Samara in order to rent and invited designer Aigul Sultanov for interior design.
"The main task sounded like this: make it fashionable, stylish, interesting and inexpensive, - says the designer. - I suggested the idea of a bright, color interior so that the apartment was extraordinary, stand out among the others. In addition, initially the goal of rental housing implies not a very big budget. And the best way to make an interesting and budget interior is to apply the color! In general, the interior turned out quite calm, the main shade here is white-gray, but with the addition of contrasting color combinations. "
Redevelopment
According to the original plan, the apartment was one room, kitchen, bathroom and loggia. Global decisions on redevelopment were not accepted. The changes touched the opening between the hallway and the kitchen - it was expanded and removed the door. Also in the hallway built a dressing room with a sliding partition in a black metal frame.
The remaining techniques were used to zoning the space: so, the rush partition separates the television zone from the desktop, and the rack divides the room to the living room and the bedroom.
Finish
All walls in the apartment are painted by the washing Italian paint brand San Marco. The author of the project says that they have chosen a brand due to the high indicators of shelterness and resistance - these characteristics are especially important in the interior of the apartment. The floor in the kitchen, hallway, on the loggia and in the bathroom is separated by a porcelain trench, laminate laminated in the residential room. In the bathroom on the walls combined several types of tiles.
Storage and furniture systems
The main storage system in the apartment was a dressing room in the hallway. It is separated from the input zone with a sliding partition with mirror facades - a mirror visually increases a small space. Inside, a variety of storage systems are thought out: crossbar, shelves, drawers and baskets. In addition to the wardrobe in the hallway there is a wardrobe, which was placed washing machine.
The room also has a cabinet for bed linen and clothing, another storage system is designed in the width of the loggia for storing large things. In the bathroom, storage is decorated with a wardrobe on the installation of toilet bowl and a tumbbery under the sink.
The choice of furniture relied on the mass market (IKEA), but there are also registered positions here. So, for example, a dining group, a bed, a desk, a wardrobe and a folding table on the loggia were bought in IKEA. And the kitchen and the remaining storage systems are made to order. The sofa in the living room was purchased from a local factory.
Lighting
All rooms are organized several light scenarios. So, the shared light in the hallway, dressing room and bathrooms were overhead ceiling lights of black - they play the role of graphic contrast. In the kitchen and in the living room, white spots on the busbar made. "Such track lamps look a group and allow you to make a directional light by turning the spots at the right angle," the author commented on.
The decor in the interior is green plants and paintings. "I consider the pictures an integral part of any interior!", "Says Aigul. - For example, the one is hanging over the sofa, supports the idea of geometry with its complex form. And also plays the role of a bright color stain. Subframes made according to my drawings in a barn workshop. It was a difficult job for masters. The painting of the canvas I made myself. "
As a supplement in the bedroom zone, a suspended lamp and a sconce was used, and there were also sconces over the sofa, and in the bathroom - suspension over the mirror. In the kitchen joined the lampshade over the dining table. Above the desk in the room was issued a functional wall sconce for directional light.
Lighting on the loggia is solved by point lamps and suspended cartridges with open lamps over the folding table.
Color palette
Despite the fact that the base tone of the walls is light gray, the interior still seems bright and saturated. In the corridor, a green wall with a hidden door in the bathroom became such a contrast spot. In the kitchen in the dining area - the mustard portion of the wall and the strip of dark blue, and at the entrance in the kitchen - the same green, it continues from the hallway. The only red stool in the kitchen in the dining group stands out and attracts attention. In general, the red color is selected as uniting. The bathroom houses a mirror in the Red Rama, on the loggia - folding chairs, and in the living room - a red downtal table.
Contrast elements can be traced in dark details: Moldings on the walls in the room are painted in anthracite color, they create peculiar "frames" for paintings. Black luminaires support graphicity.
Hall. On the right at the entrance behind the sliding doors is hidden a dressing room. The shoes and the Rail on the other hand are designed to store everyday outerwear and shoes.
