One-bedroom apartment with an area of 55 square meters is located in the block house of the II-68-01 series. The interior is decorated in a fashionable Scandinavian style, but with its individuality.
Customers and tasks
The main wishes of the owners of a two-room apartment were reduced to the arrangement of two bedrooms (for the hostess and her daughter schoolgirls), full-fledged cuisine with a table on four, storage sites for a large number of clothes and shoes. In addition, the customer was required to place for the hobby - drawing (easel, subframes, brushes and paints).
In the kitchen, due to the fact that all furniture is made to order, it was possible to use every centimeter of space and highlight enough places for storage, as well as organize a seating area at low windowsill.
Redevelopment
In order for the input zone to impress one-piece modern space, the designer removed the door and stench at the entrance to the kitchen. The stove in the kitchen is electric, so the union did not violate the norms of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation. The entrance to the first room from the corridor (nursery) was transferred.
Due to the configuration of walls in the kitchen, part of the table top in the sink zone turned out to be greater depth (90 cm). Therefore, there were 20 cm of an additional storage surface. In the corner, right above the sink, the open shelves from an array with colorful Scandinavian utensils and dishes are escaped.
As a result, the corridor formed an angle for installing a full-fledged cabinet (for outerwear) with a large antlesol (for suitcases) and shelves (for bags, gloves and scarves). In the same place, in the closet, the electrical shield hid.
The picturesque view that opens from the loggia, serves as a hostess by the source of inspiration. Also, a warmed summer room is an excellent area for relaxation.
Repairs
The apartment belonging to the old residential foundation has long been waiting for repair. It became a thorough, rebuilt even the tie of the floor. Inspecially partitions in this series of homes II-68-01 (II-68-01 / 16U-2/78) are made of a hypsobetone, they did not touch them. The surface of the walls were brought under painting.
On the one hand, the loggia is equipped with a working area with a desk, on the other placed a built-in wardrobe for household accessories: ironing board, floor dryer, vacuum cleaner. The shelves in the height of the height are designed so that containers from IKEA are placed.
The slight height of the ceiling is only 2.5 m - forced to plastering and painting, which was done in the residential premises, but in non-residential because of the need to place the built-in lighting, it was reduced by 10 cm. But because of the small elements of these volumes Not much noticeable.
An engineering (parquet) board was chosen as an outdoor coating for residential rooms. To date, this is one of the most wear-resistant materials with the top layer of valuable wood.
Windows and radiators were in excellent condition, so they were left. Not changed (at the request of the customer) also the routes and, accordingly, the location of the internal blocks of air conditioners. Loggia in which the mistress writes paintings, insulated and added a warm electric floor, and in case of a very cold winter, a wall-mounted electric convector. Made additional outlets.
In order for the hostess in the bedroom as many cabinets as possible, they cost without a bedside table; The bed was pushed at 20 cm and the headboard made the shelf for accessories, as well as sockets for charging gadgets. All storage systems from the floor to the ceiling are made to order by designer sketches. The bed provides a lifting mechanism and a volumetric box.
Design
The author of the project noted that the old Moscow apartment windows goes to a picturesque pond, where in the winter the children skate, and in the summer they float the ducks, in other words, the opening look resembles the landscapes of Northern Europe. For this reason, when developing the concept of registration, she took the scandinavian style as a basis, which supplemented with maritime notes.
Scandinavian design of the master bedroom diluted with Mediterranean details: curtains with blue stripes and a rattan chair. The customer has the idea of accent lighting, so many different lamps are here. The window has extra sockets, so that there can be lamp or night light.
The customer, a business woman with a good taste, I liked the idea itself, and its implementation. Furniture used natural shades, light tones to emphasize the reference to the Scandinavian interiors.
The daughter's room made a convenient workplace by the window with a tabletop of an unequal width, narrower from the rack side, under the size of its shelves. Such a design looks advantageous in a small room, because furniture protrusions are less and a solid impression is created.
The customer willingly agreed to the proposal of the designer to add to the concept of registration of the loggia "a little bit" and hang a chair from natural rattan. Searches for a suitable instance occupied so much time that at a certain point, traveling by Bali, the designer even gathered to choose the right product right on the spot and bring it to Russia. However, quite by chance the ideal model still found in one of the furniture stores of the capital. Anchor bolt's chair attacked at an optimal level. The ceiling was issued by wooden slats, and profile lamps were filtered between them, thereby supporting thematic design. The cool shade of the blue is chosen for the walls of the loggia is no coincidence - windows overlook the sunny side.
Due to well-built geometry and large mirrors (on the wall behind the pouff and on the door of the cabinet) in the hallway you can see yourself from all sides. The angular pouf, convenient for podailping at the entrance, was located parallel to the cabinet. The miniature regiment of the organizer is needed to put the keys, perfume, hang the bag, umbrella. The classic Scandinavian interior does not do without posters. The message "The most beautiful thing you can wear is a smile" configures on a positive.

As a basis in all rooms, we took the light color of the walls, "Stockholm" white, and added shades of blue and blue to textiles, decor and furniture. In the bathroom, for which the hostess acquired a light tile in advance, a part of the walls from above, a 20-centimeter "Kant", painted in gray-blue color with a special moisture resistant paint. Thus, all the premises in the apartment are combined with a common style and one idea. Ceiling light in the apartment is quite a bit. In the bedroom and children's confined to the chandeliers-artichokes from brass, which were brought from America. Wall lamps ordered from Sweden. They are very ergonomic, on long adjustable legs, which allows you to change their location when reading or removed to the wall, so as not to be disturbed. It is such a light that love in the Scandinavian countries. In this project everything was ideally, because the height of the ceilings would not allow us to make built-in lighting.
