At the same time, in a new house there is a coniferous forest, and the walls are pleased with the natural texture of the tree. But sometimes builders build walls with errors - we tell about the main and suggest how to avoid them.

Not all firms offering houses from the glue bar have qualified personnel. As a result, sometimes customers incorrectly choose the material, and the installers apply dubious technologies. In the article, we list the main errors of the builders and tell the right decisions.
1. Incorrect selection of timber
Companies offer sections of 100 × 100, 150 × 100, 150 × 150, and sometimes 150 × 200 and 200 × 200 mm. To ensure satisfactory comfort in the middle strip of Russia, wooden walls are required with a thickness of 150 mm, but the cost of heating will be quite large. To come close to the performance of the requirements of the joint venture 50.13330.2012 "Thermal protection of buildings", we need walls with a thickness of 200-250 mm. The timing of such sections is not offered by all companies, moreover, in terms of cubic meters, it costs more subtle, and it is still better to immediately increase costs on the estimate, the subsequently insulation the house.The thicker (above) the bar, the thorns the walls look, therefore it is sometimes used by the material with a cross section of 100 × 150 or 150 × 200 mm, joking it in a narrower plate. If we are talking about a bath or seasonal living house, such a decision fully justifies yourself.
2. Careless waterproofing of a groin crown
Often, the woodlock is simply placed in a layer of fine rolled waterproofing. This is not enough - the lower crown will begin to rot, and subsequently it will have to be changed, and this is a complex and expensive operation. At least two layers of reinforced fiberglass rolled waterproofing are required, and each layer must be glued with mastic (mastic is needed not only for fixation - it will fill small, often invisible cracks and other rolled material defects). An additional, very effective measure, aimed at increasing the service life of the construction, is the manufacture of a bustling crown (or two-three first crowns) from larch, almost uncommon.

3. Use as a seal of interventic seams of polyethylene or similar materials as a seal
During heavy rains with the wind, when the snow melting or long raw weather, the walls of the house are inevitably wedged. If a fibrous material is laid between the crowns with many open pores, moisture easily evaporates. Excellent and walls built without sealing of seams (from a bar with a comb-longitudinal lock). 4. Bonding the crowns by reinforcement pins or incorrect selection of diameter of napillates

5. Gasket of communications, installation of columns and racks, as well as windows, doors and finishes without taking into account shrinkage of walls
The walls made of gluite bars give a shrinkage of 2-3% of the height. Compared to a log of natural humidity, this is very few, and yet it is quite enough to, for example, a hard-attached heating pipe is stiguously attached to the floor and wall. If the shrinkage hits the door or window box, the walls and drafts are possible. 6. Installation of hidden wiring in PVC sleeves

7. Painting facades by poor quality
