A family of three people - parents and a teenage son - constantly living outside the city, the apartment was acquired for temporary stops in St. Petersburg. It was necessary to block the space of the new real estate so that it turns into a dwelling with a separate master bedroom, a spacious kitchen-living room and a sleeping place for the Son. Customers are multifaceted people who are fond of different sports, including mountain skiing, cycling and rollers, and a young man still rides a tricky scooter and plays football. Therefore, the task of the designer also included the organization of a convenient place for storing sports inventory.

Flower palette designer with

The color palette designer brought from the surrounding landscape: a combination of "northern" gray with light tones of the tree, accents from black graphic elements and bright bursts of turquoise and yellow.

Redevelopment

In order to fulfill all the wishes of the owners, we had to demolish the interroom partition, separating the space into the kitchen and the living room. Fortunately, in the LCD "Pearl Frigate" these designs are nonsense. For the designation of the bedroom zone and the organization of a spacious cabinet from the hallway, a small M-shaped partition was erected. The loggia was insulated, the windows blocks were dismantled and installed completely glazed swing doors. Thus, it was possible not only to visually enlarge the living area of the apartment, but also to make a spacious loggia of 10 m2 suitable for year-round use. The combined kitchen-living room found a sofa and television, a workplace, a kitchen headset with a necessary set of home appliances and a dining table with a beautiful view of the city. Wet and wet zones remained within the borders scheduled for the developer.

Ceiling design carefully prod

The ceiling design is carefully thought out. Black lines - painted niches in a plasterboard design - emphasize the geometry of space and make the dynamics in a small room.

Repairs

The apartment was tied, the new partition was erected from drywall. In the residential premises laid a parquet board, in wet - porcelain stoneware. The walls were covered with smooth wallpaper under painting, the paint of neutral gray was chosen to toning surfaces. Heating radiators were transferred, the "Warm floor" system was mounted in the loggia and infrared suspended heater was installed.

In the apartment there are several

The apartment provides several lighting scenarios. For a festive mood, you can enable all ceiling lamps and chandeliers over the dining table. Private light sources served on the bed over the bed and the flooring of the sofa.

To expand the space, a small area of the apartment, the author of the project took advantage of several non-standard techniques from his arsenal. One of the tricks is the use of photo images in the entire wall. So, at the expense of the photoconduct in the kitchen, we managed to save on the decor and visually blur the boundaries of the room. The second panel, which creates the illusion of panoramic windows overlooking the mountain landscape, is located in the bedroom area. It not only deepens the space, but also creates the illusion that the family is located in the ski resort, and not in a noisy megalopolis. The private zone is separated from the total glass with tinted sliding glass partitions, which, at the expense of reflections, also help make a dwelling.

Interior rails on the ceiling and ...

Interior racks on the ceiling and photoconuthotos with the image of the mountains give the sleep zone atmosphere of a house chalet. Inside the podium, under the bed, a spacious storage area is organized, where bicycles, skis, scooters and other sports equipment are easily placed.

Design

On the one hand, the interior is built on the details that create a cozy atmosphere of a house chalet in the mountains (use of wood and photo images of mountain landscapes), on the other hand there are modern solutions, inspired by the view from the window roofs: Clear lines, minimum decor, Laconic colors.

Thanks to the transparent ceiling

Thanks to the transparent ceiling of the glazing of the loggia, it was possible to achieve the sky effect in the apartment, and the view of the city, opening from panoramic windows, was a continuation of the interior.

Designer Asya Mushroom, author project ...

Designer Asya Mushroom, project author:

The color of the walls and textiles is a neutral basis for bright "smears" of color. The focal point of the living room is a bright blue sofa. Next door to it - a bright dining table and chairs in Scandinavian style. The main element of the decor was the poster of Lindsay RPP painting - with a girl dreaming of the sea. In connection with the limited budget, I picked up democratic, but high-quality materials and designer replicas of furniture objects, as well as positions from IKEA. The podium is made of inexpensive wooden panels to order according to my drawings. As a result, I even managed to reduce the initial cost of project implementation and at the same time to meet only 3 months.
