Apartment Elena Ivanova

The designer has equipped this little two-handle in the 1960 house for himself. The interior turned out to be in the style of eclectics: there are adjacent classic and modern techniques, vintage (for example, a written table) and objects from the mass market, including from IKEA.

Two racks "Liatorp" stand in the living room and create symmetry characteristic of classic interiors. And the Komot Malm is located in the bedroom.

Designer Elena Ivanova:

Designer Elena Ivanova:

I like IKEA for price, quality and design ratio. If the budget and timelines are limited, then I am pleased to use furniture from there. To make the thing "under the project", you can replace the handles, as is done in my racks, and the piece of furniture will gain its individuality. You can also repaint it into accent bright shades, because IKEA creates an excellent base for further creativity.

House Lyudmila Kristalava

Wooden designer house full of creative solutions and bright colors. Restored and modern furniture here is adjacent to understandable and simple solutions, including with IKEA. So, for Ludmila's living room chose a Swedish brand sofa. "In my living room there is a folding sofa" Bakkabru "in the upholstery of an eco-friendly beige shade. A similar model can be found in many manufacturers of upholstered furniture - English, French, American, Russian - at very different prices. I am sure that this classic model will always be relevant, "comments the designer. And in the bedrooms of children you can see the written tables "Mickey" and the beds "Malm".

Designer Lyudmila Kristaleva:

Designer Lyudmila Kristaleva:

IKEA has a very well composed collection of basic items. This is neutral, but high-quality design. What did I do in my country project? Next to the neutral sofa, I delivered a genuine rustic platband. It is very decorative, with carvings, patina. Magnificent art object! And this combination of basic furniture with a unique item is very advantageous. They perfect each other perfectly.

In children's rooms there are beds and workers from Ikea. Items visually lungs, have very good proportions. On the design, they are laconic, so I used the active color of the walls and the ceiling to make the story more complex, more decorative. You can, of course, "tuning" and the things themselves - to repaint, change the items, for example, to replace the handles to more interesting, bold the rear walls of the cabinets and the insides of the boxes with wallpaper, use stencils, interior scotch and so on. Then the items acquire individuality and become more valuable for you.
