How to meet a limited budget?
One of the designer's tasks was to meet in a reasonable budget. Inexpensive materials are used in the decoration: on the floor - laminate (in the room and corridor) and porcelain stoneware (in the kitchen and the hallway zone). Walls were covered with wallpaper, the upper overlap was covered with matte stretch ceilings. For the apron of kitchen, a ceramic mosaic was used, the bathroom was tiled by ceramic tiles. Such costs were quite suitable for the hostess, in addition, ceramics are easy to clean, which is important for an elderly person.
Note that in the places of the highest load, gray and beige tiles are laid, the intercutric seams are covered with a well-like fugue of the ashton. Another example of saving: sleep zone is separated from the living room through the curtain. The designer did not offer the Customer partition from GLC and Shirm - drapery initially seemed to be the most economical zoning option. Moreover, with the right choice of textiles, such a solution looks very aesthetic and cozy.

To create a modern and comfortable interior, the designer carefully approached the study of the features of the space and the needs of an elderly person. In a single residential room, not only the guest, but also a separate sleeping area was equipped. The workplace was organized by the window - in the afternoon there is a maximum of light here, which is very convenient for a comfortable reading or use of the computer.

In the kitchen installed the headsets of the G-shaped layout, a refrigerator and a transformer table with a glass countertop. On the wall - compact (the depth of only 20 cm) hinged lockers. Four identical furniture modules add space for dishes, set rhythm and bring a little more than air to the setting thanks to the doors made of white matte glass. Under them, the collected form stores spare folding chairs in case of arrival of guests.
In a colorful solution for the point of reference, a family relic was adopted - a woolen carpet of times of the USSR, greater value in the 70s. Xx in. Thanks to a saturated red-burgundy tint and a contrast ornament, he became the energy dominant of the entire space. To balance this bright accent, I proposed to fulfill the rest of the situation in the white-gray range. Gray can not be considered boring, it is expressive and many-sided.
